Employee Spotlight – Aaron Kwan
CU Engage’s very own Aaron Kwan is in the spotlight this month. Aaron has been with CU Engage since the close of 2020. As Director of Business Development, he is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions. Aaron has known CU Engage founders Jennifer Addabbo and James Guild for many years. He watched from the outside as CU Engage grew quickly and he was immediately attracted to the company’s commitment to helping our clients navigate and find the right partners for their strategic initiatives.
Before joining the CU Engage team, Aaron was one of the first 10 employees at Q2 and has over 20 years of experience in sales, project management, and helping financial institutions leverage technology to best suit their needs.
A Texas native, Aaron considers Plano, Texas his hometown, but now lives in Austin. He grew up wanting to live in Austin to be closer to hills, lakes, rivers, and trees. In addition to the beautiful nature all around Aaron, he enjoys family trips to the beach with his wife and kids (including teenage twins!) and is happiest when watching his kids’ sporting events. A 1998 graduate of Baylor University, Aaron is an avid college sports fan.
