Employee Spotlight – Lisa St. Germain

Employee Spotlight – Lisa St. Germain

The Employee Spotlight this month is on Lisa St. Germain. Lisa is a newer member of the Engage fi family. She joined the team in January as Vice President, Client Experience after one of Engage fi’s inaugural board members connected Lisa and CEO, Jennifer Addabbo. In this role, Lisa leads the consulting and project management teams as she ensures that the commitments that Engage fi makes to our clients are delivered with quality and satisfaction.

Prior to joining the team at Engage fi, Lisa worked with Fiserv and helped banks and credit unions with the key goals and maximizing the value of their core systems through improving buyer engagements, driving organizational alignment, and improving overall efficiency. Lisa’s strengths carry over well as she leads her teams to develop visions and sustainable strategies in order to build on client success in close cooperation with all company departments.

Originally from Plainfield, Connecticut, Lisa grew tired of long cold winters, and hot, hot summers and now resides in sunny San Diego, California where she can drive the 101 (PCH) anytime she likes. In addition to that lovely drive, Lisa enjoys regular visits to Orange Theory, reading, running, trapezing, live music events, surfing, boating, and cycling. In fact, Lisa is a self-proclaimed adrenaline seeker.

As if that isn’t enough adventure, Lisa is a mother of two boys that have grown to become a Chef and a Chemist; and a grandmother of two boys, Tanner, 4, and Grayson, three months. A funny, hardworking, loving person, Lisa is always up for an adventure of any kind. One of Lisa’s goals is to “become a crazy 90-year-old.”
