We needed an outside in view on our website, the member experience and in how our card products perform compared to those we consider our competitors. This led us to call Engage fi to assist with our Web Experience Audit, Member Journey Mapping, Card Manager and Program Optimization, and PIN Network Negotiation projects.

Working with Engage fi helped us see through the eyes of a prospective member as well as from an industry perspective what was missing and what needed to be addressed. The team at Engage fi was knowledgeable in each of these areas bringing their experience in the industry to the table to help us achieve our goals. They were easy to work with and always available to answer questions as they came up. The various subject matter experts that they lean on all work well together so that you don’t have to re-share information you already gave.

We now have a roadmap of the changes and updates we need to make to meet our goals. We will likely call the Engage fi to help us again with the initial analysis as well as the execution of future projects.
