With over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Lisa has held various roles in Sales, Operations, and Sales Engineering. Currently, at Engage fi, Lisa is entrusted with the role of consulting for an exciting new business venture for the company. Throughout her career, she has consistently found satisfaction in cultivating strong partnerships with customers and assisting them in identifying the optimal solutions for their businesses. In her sales career, her priority was always to serve the customer’s needs, even if it meant delaying a sale, which resulted in fostering lasting loyalty. Remarkably, some customers have remained loyal throughout Lisa’s entire 30+ year career. Lisa’s particular affinity lies in the contact center domain, which offers a wealth of solutions and ever-evolving technology, ensuring a continuous learning experience.
Beyond her professional life, Lisa leads an active lifestyle. She dedicates 2 to 3 days a week to cycling, covering a minimum of 26 miles each time. You can often find her at the YMCA, where she maintains a regular workout routine. Recently, she’s developed a passionate interest in pickleball. Outside of her fitness pursuits, Lisa is deeply involved in her community. She coaches high school girls’ lacrosse at the Academy of the Holy Names and is an active member of her church choir, where she also serves as a lector. Lisa is the proud parent of three young adult sons, all of whom have flown the nest.
