Will has worked in the IT field for over seven years, starting at an IT help desk. From there, his focus grew to developing cloud solutions as well as process automation. As the IT Integration Specialist at Engage fi, Will’s day-to-day includes supporting operations as well as implementing new projects that prioritize efficiency and productivity within the organization.

In his spare time, Will enjoys playing music, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and working with his 3D printer on custom designs.
