Strategic Consultant

As a strategic consultant Debbie assists credit unions and banks as they navigate through core system conversions and digital transformations. She has over 36 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Engage fi, Debbie worked as Director of Project Management at MyPoint Credit Union where she lead strategic business improvement projects. She also worked for Point Loma Credit Union where she coached and trained staff, created business and marketing plans, and developed security and fraud training programs.

She specializes in operations, strategy, and project delivery. Debbie is also highly skilled in administering conversion products.

When not working, Debbie loves to cook, read and walk. She resides with her husband in San Diego.
