She formerly served as President & CEO of Allegacy FCU. Under her leadership, Allegacy achieved significant milestones in financial performance, community impact, and workplace excellence. Throughout her tenure, she was known for championing employee wellness, value-based leadership, and collaborative partnerships across the industry.  

Cathy is a passionate advocate for financial empowerment and community service.  She serves on the Board of Visitors for the Wake Forest University School of Business, Advisory Board for Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Piedmont Triad, Inc. and Past Chair of Greater Winston Salem, Inc. (Chamber).  Additionally, Cathy has been named one of the Triad’s Most Admired CEOs, Triad’s Top Most Influential People and Marketer of the Year by the Credit Union Executive Society.
