As Chief Financial Officer, Charisa oversees the day-to-day operation of finance, accounting, and treasury functions, and is responsible for financial planning and analysis and Board of Directors reporting. With over 20 years of experience, she is an executive-level financial professional with broad knowledge of accounting, financial, and business principles. Prior to joining Engage fi, Charisa worked for RBmedia, designDATA, and Arthur Anderson. When not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and watching soccer. She lives in Maryland with her husband and two children.
