As Engage fi’s VP of People & Culture, Courtnay is responsible for building and leading all aspects of people and company culture. Courtnay has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with over a decade of experience in people management and human resources.  She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, has held multiple leadership positions in HR, and has earned the SHRM-CP and SPHR certifications. When not at work, Courtnay enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with her family. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Georgia.
