Jennifer Addabbo is a dynamic and influential leader, the Co-founder and CEO of Engage fi, a trailblazing consulting firm in the financial services industry. With over 23 years of experience, she has built a reputation as a strategic powerhouse. In 2014, driven by her ambition and a desire to create something impactful, Jennifer took a bold leap and founded Engage fi while balancing the responsibilities of being a wife and a mother to two young boys.

Under her visionary leadership, Engage fi has flourished into one of the top financial services consulting firms in the nation, earning numerous accolades, including three-time recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies, Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, Businesswoman of the Year, and Fast 50 Tampa Bay for three consecutive years.

Before founding Engage fi, Jennifer held key roles at FIS and PSCU, where she helped financial institutions shape digital strategies and invest in technology built for scale. Her expertise in selecting and negotiating vendor partnerships for banks and credit unions set the stage for her future success.

A graduate of James Madison University with a major on design and communication, Jennifer’s work is characterized by innovation, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. When she’s not driving her company’s growth, Jennifer enjoys boating, and experiencing all that Tampa Bay has to offer with her husband and two sons.
