As a Strategic Consultant, Matt partners with banks and credit unions to navigate core vendor assessments, evaluations, selections, and contract negotiations. He also leverages his extensive industry experience to support a broad range of technology initiatives, helping financial institutions align technology strategies with their business goals.

Matt brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Engage fi, he held roles at Unisys, Fiserv, Data Bank IMX, and Temenos. He has deep expertise in core banking, complemented by extensive experience in technology strategy, vendor management, and digital transformation.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the lake or the ocean, camping, biking, coaching youth sports, and following college and professional sports. He lives in South Dakota.
