Mitchell brings more than 20 years of contact center and operations experience with deep expertise supporting credit unions and banks. Throughout his career, he’s helped teams streamline frontline processes, use performance data to coach and improve outcomes, and implement practical technology that improves both operations and the member or customer experience.
His passion for innovation and operational excellence makes him a valuable addition to our team.
When not working, he enjoys spending time in his workshop making cutting boards, bowls and cups, table tops, clocks, and other random projects. He also likes to spend time with family, especially being outside with his five year old grandson. Mitchell resides in North Carolina with his wife and two dogs.
