As Director, Conversion Services, Paulina helps align our people, processes, client delivery model, and growing conversion services line of business to support stronger execution for our clients. Paulina brings more than two decades of technology leadership experience, with deep expertise in project management, implementation, client delivery, and operational discipline. Prior to joining Engage fi, she worked for over seven years at Alkali and spent 15 years at Bank of America. 

Outside of work, Paulina enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She lives in Dallas with her husband.
