Strategic Consultant

As a Strategic Consultant, Sharmin focuses on supporting our clients with their core initiatives. She brings decades of experience in core banking systems, vendor negotiations, project management, and client engagement. 

Sharmin started her career in the financial services industry working in numerous leadership positions at credit unions in Oregon and Arizona. She then went on to work at Fiserv as a Lending Implementation Consultant, Enterprise Success Manager, and as a Commercial Lending Business Analyst on the Research Development Team. Additionally she worked at Mambu onboarding and training clients on their core banking platform.

When not working, Sharmin enjoys being out on the boat with her family and wakeboarding. She also enjoys strength training and spending time with family. She resides in Oregon with her husband.
