Throughout his career, Andres has collaborated with more than 1,000 financial institutions, excelling in areas such as technology assessments, contract negotiations, mergers and conversions, and cultivating long-term executive relationships. His expertise spans core account processing, payment ecosystems, and digital transformation, where he has led initiatives to modernize operations, enhance customer experiences, and future-proof financial institutions.
Before joining Engage Fi, Andres held senior roles at industry leaders such as Fiserv, Open Solutions Inc., FIS, and D+H, where he led innovation and transformation efforts within the credit union and community bank sectors. These experiences have shaped him into a dynamic, strategic leader with the vision and insight required to drive growth and innovation in his current role.
Andres holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Florida State University, providing him with a broad, interdisciplinary perspective on the global financial landscape.
