Bob’s Bio

Bob brings over 30 years of expertise in financial services, with a specialization in retail and commercial banking strategy, operations, and digital transformation. His career highlights include spearheading large-scale enterprise technology vendor replacements and driving significant process improvements.

He has held leadership roles at community banks and has an extensive background in banking and financial services consulting, most recently as a Senior Manager within Accenture’s Northeast Banking Practice. He has successfully guided numerous clients in aligning people, processes, and technology, positioning them to effectively compete and win the battle for customers in the markets they serve.

Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Syracuse University and is a graduate of the ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He lives in Massachusetts and in his spare time he enjoys skiing and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
