Brad’s Bio

With over 30 years in financial services including Operations, Employee Training & Development, and Executive Management services, Brad brings his knowledge and experience to the Strategic Consulting role here at Engage fi.

In conversions, Brad’s expertise ranges from Core conversions across multiple core vendors, Digital Banking, Lending Operation Systems, Finance, Process Improvement, and Risk Management. Brad started his consulting career with Koran Consulting in San Diego and in recent years has celebrated success with Next Step and Cornerstone Advisors as a Senior Consultant in Project Management and delivery, and now have the privilege to be working for and with the team at Engage fi.

Brad lives on the barrier island of Palm Coast, Florida, and enjoys sailing and yachting with his wife of 28 years, Ivy. He has 3 grown daughters.
