Cindy’s Bio

With over 25 years in the financial services and technology industries, Cindy brings her knowledge and experience to the role of Strategic Consultant with Engage fi. During her tenure at SDCCU, as the Senior Vice President of Member Services, Cindy oversaw multiple projects and managed multiple departments. Her expertise ranges from debit/credit cards, digital banking, deposit products, call center, retail banking, security, fraud, compliance to process improvement, risk management, strategic planning and vendor/contract management. Cindy as worked as the Director of Conversions for Corelation Inc. overseeing all core conversions as well as other ancillary projects such as card brand/network changes and digital banking vendor changes. Over the past few years, Cindy began her consulting career, initially as an independent contractor then with Next Step, Cornerstone and finally Engage fi.

Cindy comes from a large family who loves to entertain, cook, play games and sing! She has two grown sons who still keep her busy as well as a close group of friends who often get together to travel and attend concerts. Cindy loves to read, travel, and relax in sunny San Diego which she has called home for most of her life.
