Penny’s Bio

Penny brings more than 20 years of management experience in Credit Unions and Community Banks to Engage fi. She has a strong commitment to customer experience and relationship building and has experience with a multitude of areas including security, vendor management, new software testing and implementation and conversion support.. As a Consultant for the Conversion Team, Penny will be working on the Core Search and Conversion process.  Penny  has been married for 33 years and has two adult children.  She enjoys spending her free time hanging out at the beach or with her dog, Jazzy.
