Traci’s Bio

As Director, Consulting Services, Traci calls on her project management experience leading core system conversions, mergers and acquisitions, digital banking conversions, BSA and AML system conversions and commercial loan origination projects to ensure positive and successful project results for her clients.

Prior to becoming a trusted advisor, Traci held several positions in back-office operations and leadership including deposit and loan operations, digital banking, business intelligence, core manager, project management, vendor and risk management.

Traci is an honors’ graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management.  She lives in Florida with her husband Tim.  Traci serves as a sound engineer at her church and enjoys golfing and traveling.
