CU Engage - Jennifer Addabbo

Describe what your company does in a single sentence. Engage fi is a national consulting firm that helps community banks and credit unions with strategic planning, vendor management and contract negotiations so they can compete with the nation’s largest financial institutions.

What was the most exciting thing to happen at or to your company last year? We have doubled in size in the past 18 months bringing on industry veterans that average over 25 years of experience in financial services. Our people are our most valued asset, and our ability to hire and retain the best team in the industry sets us apart from our competition.

As one of the fastest-growing companies in the area, what’s the secret to your growth? Or, in other words, how did you do it? Our culture is the secret to our success.

We are in a state of constant evolution to ensure we are continually getting better on behalf of our team and our clients. We have significantly invested in our team and the tools we use to stay ahead. Our values are purposeful innovation, passionate, people champion, results-driven and continuous improvement. We live these daily. You are moving backward if you aren’t focused on these key areas as an organization.

What is your No. 1 priority for the year ahead? Technology enablement; we are investing in technology to help our employees do their jobs faster and easier while also developing an industry-disrupting platform that puts data in the hands of our clients to help them make more informed decisions about running their businesses.
