Jenn is a Co-founder and CEO at Engage fi and has worked in financial services for over 16 years. She spent several years working at FIS, helping financial institutions create strategies for their digital channels. Then she worked as Vice President, Credit Union Experience for PSCU with a focus on the member experience. She worked with credit unions as they selected their partners for Credit, Debit, Online Banking, Mobile, and Bill Pay. Jenn was inducted intoTampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2019. She graduated from James Madison University with a focus on design and communication. When not working, Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons in Tampa, FL.

Andres started his career in the financial services industry 25+ years ago and has worked with over 500 financial institutions in formulating strategic plans, successful technology conversions, and long-term executive partnerships. He has held senior positions at Fiserv, Open Solutions Inc, FIS, and D+H within their credit union and community bank segments.

With over 20 years of experience, she is an executive-level financial professional with broad knowledge in accounting, financial, and business principles. Charisa oversees the day-to-day operation of finance, accounting, and treasury functions, and is responsible for financial planning and analysis and Board of Directors reporting.
Prior to joining Engage fi, Charisa was the VP of Finance at RBmedia, and former Director of Finance and Administration at designDATA. She began her career in banking and transitioned to payment networks. Over the past 20 years, Ava has held many roles with HONOR/STAR, CU24, and First Data. Each of her positions focused on client relations, which allowed her the opportunity to work with many credit unions.

Since 2007 Jeff spent 13 years with Fiserv/Open Solutions pricing Bank and Credit Union Core deals. The last 3 years Jeff worked as a pricing analyst at a consulting firm. Doug Lokrantz is a Program Manager with 15+ years experience in financial services. Doug’s experience in financial services is broad. During his tenure, he has held positions in strategic program/project management, product management/development, emerging payments, and innovation.
Doug lives in Wisconsin and has three adult children (twin boys and a girl). In his free time, he enjoys golf, snowmobiling, and spending time with friends and family. Doug also enjoys watching the Green Bay Packers and attending games when he can.
Jacy assists banks and credit unions during the selection process to ensure that the credit union’s goals are being achieved.
Jacy started her journey in the industry while in college and immediately realized it was going to be a lifelong passion. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business degree, she spent the next 12 years working in credit unions in a variety of roles in lending, accounting, and management. Jacy joined Fiserv in 2016 and worked closely with credit unions on their core system.
Jacy lives in Illinois and enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, reading, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
Rachel has been in the credit union industry for 19+ years. She started as a part-time teller and continued learning more about deposits, loans, marketing, learning and development, and finally project management. Rachel is a Program Manager and utilizes organization and communication skills to the fullest while guiding projects, team members, and end users through their strategic initiatives.
Rachel lives in central Wisconsin with her husband and two young sons, and enjoys being outside, camping, seeing live music/theatre, and hanging out with friends/family.
After graduating from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Jamie began her career in marketing in the financial services industry. In her current role as Project Coordinator, Jamie collaborates closely with Program Managers, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Jamie also contributes to marketing efforts for specific lines of business, crafting promotional content, coordinating events, and fostering relationships with external vendors.
Residing in Scottsdale, Arizona, Jamie enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with friends and family.
As an Applications Support Analyst, Nick provides support to the sales, project management, and operations teams.
Before Engage fi, Nick taught middle school band and orchestra, where he learned the virtues of patience, time management, and communication. Now out of the classroom, Nick hopes to maintain a positive impact through the Effective Altruist movement. Nick plans to one day give a substantial portion of his income to effective charities.
In his free time, Nick teaches private saxophone lessons and enjoys learning Japanese. He lives with his wife Samantha in Pinellas Park, Florida.
As a Program Manager for Engage fi, Tricia enjoys assisting financial institutions achieve their goals, by driving for the best possible results. Tricia has a don’t-give-up attitude and her number one goal is to build relationships while providing excellent customer service. Tricia began her journey in the world of finance after graduating from college in 2004. She was hired at iPay Technologies to implement bill pay for banks and then moved into the contracting world. After deciding to be a stay-at-home mom for a couple of years, Tricia realized she missed working in the finance industry and went to work for Jack Henry & Associates. Her experience includes working with both banks and credit unions on core conversions, adapting training programs, membership, and loan applications, digital platforms, and most recently all things related to cards.
Tricia lives in Elizabethtown, Kentucky with her husband, Josh, and two children.
Sales
Sukhi has 20+ years of experience in financial services focusing on sales and strategy. As Director of Relationship Management, he helps build strong relationships with our clients, while ensuring their strategic initiatives are expertly supported.
Before joining Engage fi, Sukhi worked for StrategyCorps as a Regional Director where he helped create strategies to increase core deposit growth and non-interest income for his clients. He also previously worked for Allied Solutions, Alloya, Salem Five Bank, and at a Global SaaS company in a strategy/operational role.
Sukhi lives in Massachusetts and has a very active family. When he isn’t working, he enjoys being with his kids, playing catch or hanging on the beach. He loves to travel with his wife, experiencing all the world has to offer.
As an area VP, Strategic Consulting, Emily drives new client partnerships, regional marketing and consulting projects for EngageFI’s clients.
Emily brings nearly 20 years of experience in consulting, banking and relationship management to EngageFI. Prior to her role here, she served as the Director of Growth for Narmi’s digital banking platform. She also has spent many years working with financial institutions on the West Coast for consulting firms, JMFA and StrategyCorps, partnering on strategies to increase engagement and non-interest income. She has also served as a VP, Business Relationship Manager for Summit State Bank & American River Bank in Santa Rosa, California and was responsible for sourcing quality credit opportunities, as well as managing the growth of the bank’s loan and deposit portfolio.
She is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara, where she received her BA in history. She lives in Northern California with her two sons and enjoys the outdoors, camping, live music and is an avid Bay Area sports fan.
Kellie is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in helping financial institutions achieve their strategic objectives. In her current role, she collaborates with credit unions to implement comprehensive strategies encompassing core and digital banking, payments, mergers and acquisitions, and integrated communications.
Prior to joining Engage fi, Kellie demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by successfully establishing and managing her own consulting firm for four years. The majority of her pre-consulting career was spent at SWBC, where she held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales, overseeing a sales organization and fostering key client relationships nationwide.
Kellie has made significant contributions to the industry through: Speaking engagements at various industry events, active participation in the World Council of Credit Unions' Global Women's Leadership Network, and previous service as Chairwoman of the CUES Supplier Board
Kellie resides in Fort Worth, where she actively participates in the local Rotary Club, supports her alma mater, the Texas Longhorns, and enjoys quality time with her husband and their two rescue dogs.
With over 25 years working with community and regional financial institutions, John is an evangelist for the value of community banks and credit unions. Consumers and small businesses love working with bankers that understand them and the markets they serve. John understands the value of local banking and the importance of keeping up to date with technology solutions to drive efficiency and connect with consumers.
In his role at Engage fi, John works with financial institutions throughout the mid-west to develop solutions to manage expenses and drive non-interest income.
When he is not working, John enjoys family time and coaching his daughter’s sports teams.
Brian has worked with northeast financial institutions for over 25 years. He joined Engage fi as an Area VP, Strategic Consulting to help Financial Insitutions optimize their technology strategy, grow more profitably and reduce expenses.
Before joining Engage fi, he worked at Fiserv for 12 years in new business development representing all their bank core processing systems (including DNA). He also focused on accounting, reconciliation, budgeting, and profitability system sales for over a year. Additionally, he worked at OSI/BISYS for 11 years in new business development for the DNA core system during its infancy.
Brian lives in New Hampshire with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys skiing and golf and is a diehard Patriots fan.
Ana is a Director of Relationship Management, and she works hands-on with banks and credit unions guiding them through Renewals, Evaluations, and Re-negotiations in Credit/Debit, Online Banking, Brand, Core, Rewards/Loyalty, and Startups.
Her credit union journey began in 1999 as a Bi-Lingual Contact Center Representative at PSCU and later progressed into product development and project management. In 2008, she moved to Grow Financial, where she spent over seven years in project management and product ownership across Credit, Debit, ATM, Online Banking, Symitar Core, Bill Pay, and Lending.
At Engage fi, Ana focuses on the continual improvement of our processes and content to streamline how we deliver value. She values building strong relationships and maintaining a good rapport with clients and vendors to ensure everyone’s satisfaction.
Sales Operations
Sheila's main job at Engage fi is to manage projects and quality that help the Operational Business Transformation. She is also the main resource for implementing processes, procedures, KPIs, and supporting tools. Sheila brings over 25 years of experience from within the Credit Union and FinTech worlds.
Before joining Engage fi, Sheila worked at a credit union and a vendor. She recently worked on a team that manages Credit Union Solutions Portfolio Management. She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
Sheila lives near Dallas, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her son play sports, traveling, and running.
Stacy brings over 25 years of banking and credit union experience to Engage fi. With an almost 20-year span at Fiserv, she held many positions from Client Service, Marketing, Project Implementation, and Portfolio Management.
At Engage fi, Stacy helps the team and our clients as a Sales Operation Specialist. She’s excited to bring her years of expertise to the team in any way she can.
Stacy lives in a small farming community located in Southeast Lower Michigan. In her spare time, she enjoys heading up north to visit family and friends, spending time outdoors, and shopping for vintage items.
Brandon is a Business Development Executive at Engage fi specializing in research and strategic development. Drawing on his background in client relations, data analytics, and consulting, he supports our sales team and our clients in achieving their goals.
Brandon lives near Kansas City, Missouri, with his wife and children. He enjoys playing strategy games, Dungeons and Dragons, pottery, woodworking, and traveling in his free time.
Marketing
Shannon is a results-driven marketing professional with experience in the sports, technology, and financial services industries. Shannon is a strategic thinker who emphasizes both push and pull marketing to support demand-gen and lead-gen campaigns. She holds an MBA in financial planning and a Master's degree in Curriculum Design in Education.
Shannon resides in Phoenix, AZ with her husband and two boys.
Kristina brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. As Digital Marketing Strategist, Kristina is responsible for executing, managing, and monitoring outcomes affiliated with digital marketing strategies, market research, competitor analysis and streamlining department processes.
Prior to joining Engage fi, Kristina held several positions in marketing at both credit unions and a credit union vendor.
Kristina lives in Connecticut with her two young sons, husband, Goldendoodle and cat. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cycling on her Peloton, reading, and any type of DIY project.
Ashlyn, a graduate of the University of Central Florida, brings extensive experience in event planning and public relations to the Engage fi team. Her background spans nonprofit and agency work, including fundraisers, industry conferences, and large-scale sporting events. At Engage fi, Ashlyn oversees more than 70 industry events annually while also contributing to marketing initiatives.
Ashlyn is based in Orlando, FL and loves the sunshine state! When she isn’t working, she likes to try out new restaurants and new workout classes. She also enjoys traveling, going to the beach, boating, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Human Resources
Kaylah has had an incredible journey with Engage fi, interning for two years while studying at the University of Kentucky. During her internship, Kaylah explored various aspects of the company like marketing, sales, and HR. After graduating, she joined as a full-time HR Generalist, contributing to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and charitable initiatives.
Beyond work, Kaylah loves traveling, trying new foods, fashion, and spending quality time with family.
Gaia is Engage fi's Executive Assistant. She helps our leaders and HR department, plans and organizes team meetings, and manages many administrative tasks.
Before joining Engage fi, Gaia worked in the insurance industry as an adjuster. She did some of her job duties like evaluating and studying complicated claims, teaching adjusters and corporate staff, and talking to people who were insured, contractors, vendors, and lawyers.
Gaia graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Management Information Systems and Real Estate.
Finance
As the Accounting Manager, Justine provides critical support to our nationwide team from our Tampa, FL corporate headquarters. She has over 20 years of experience in managing offices and helping with paperwork. She also has a strong background in real estate loan servicing, accounting, marketing, and project management. Her diverse experience has prepared her for the fast-paced, project-specific needs of Engage fi.
Outside of work, Justine and her husband enjoy volunteering and attending sporting events and other functions involving their two daughters.
Rodd is a Senior Financial Analyst at Engage fi. He has over ten years of experience in corporate finance and accounting and was most recently an Accounting Manager at a digital media company. Using his analytical skills and passion for numbers, Rodd supports the company’s leadership team with actionable data and reports.
In his spare time, He enjoys playing strategy and sim games.
Technology
Will has worked in the IT field for over seven years, starting at an IT help desk. From there, his focus grew to developing cloud solutions as well as process automation. Will is the IT Integration Specialist at Engage fi. He works every day to help operations and implement new projects that focus on efficiency and productivity within the organization.
In his spare time, Will enjoys playing music, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and working with his 3D printer on custom designs.
With a background in International Business, Allison spent the past eight years as a BA/QA for a medical technology company.
Allison lives in Kansas City, Missouri with her husband and their kids – a three-year-old boy (Walker) and a nine-month-old baby girl (Mara). When not working or busy with very active kiddos, Allison loves being outdoors, hiking, playing tennis, and reading.
Having worked with data quality for eight years, Ryan’s experience in technology started with data cleansing projects that led to his interest in learning SQL to build audit packages and design reports. With a B.S. in Finance and an MBA specializing in Business Intelligence, Ryan’s educational background provides knowledge of the financial world and provides a good mix of both technology and financial experience for his role as a Data Analyst focusing on pricing models with Engage fi.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, homebrewing, disc golf, hiking, and camping.
Tonia’s primary focus at Engage fi is to develop project and process strategies with a focus on quality and process improvement. Tonia brings 26 years of expertise as a leader within the bank, credit union, and Fintech worlds.
Before joining Engage fi, Tonia held several positions at both a credit union and at Fiserv. Most recently she worked as the Quality and Process Manager for Fiserv. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a leader in quality service standards, process standardization and improvement, and accountability standards. Her career has allowed her the opportunity to work with over 300 credit unions in many areas including project management, process improvement, strategy, and, most recently, internal process/strategy development within the FinTech space.
When Tonia is not at work, she likes to spend time with her husband Paul, and volunteer for local non-profits that are working to end homelessness and hunger in her local area.
Pam has worked in the Fintech world for years as a Data Analyst. She has learned the skills she needs to analyze and create solutions to help businesses.
As a Data Analyst at Engage fi, Pam works in many aspects of pricing and data analysis to assist consultants with client needs.
Pam likes to travel, read, paint/craft when she is not working, and make memories with her family and friends.
While working in a previous management role, Evan’s love for data developed rapidly. After being asked to lead the data migration process associated with his location’s transition to SAP, he became increasingly passionate about leveraging the infinite possibilities for the application of analytics. After receiving his Master of Science in Business Analytics from William & Mary, Evan joined the Data Science team as an Analytics Developer at a Virginia-based federal credit union.
Evan is the Manager of Analytics at Engage fi. He works in many different areas of pricing and data analysis. He always tries to bring new ideas and findings to the organization and the banks and credit unions we work with each day.
Outside of work, Evan’s hobbies include spending time with his wife and two dogs, Winnie and Thumper.
Terhi comes to Engage fi with 25 plus years of experience in Financial Services with principal focus on product management, process improvement, and solutions consulting. Her banking career started at a local community bank in Massachusetts, where Terhi grew into her officer role by leading their Commercial Operations. There, her primary focus was relationship management, process improvement, and driving efficiencies through automation and full utilization of technology. In 2013 she moved to Fiserv, where she spent 8 years with the DNA Pre-Sales Consulting and Product Teams in various roles supporting their prospects while selecting in their Core and surround lending and depository products. In February of 2022, Terhi moved back to the banking sector as a Payment Services, Product Owner for SunStream Business Services, a start-up Farm Credit Fin-Tech Company. Here, she expanded her knowledge across the digital channels, Lockbox, ACH, and Wires.
Terhi lives in Hardwick, Massachusetts with her husband, Dan. She enjoys traveling, attending all New England sporting events, riding her Peloton, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Tyler is a Full Stack .NET Developer who builds both internal and external applications, as well as supporting services and features. With a background in the financial industry, Tyler has worked extensively with the .NET ecosystem to develop web applications.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys staying active in Chicago by playing tennis, biking, running, attending concerts, and exploring the city. He is also outgoing and loves spending time with friends, who often join him in these activities.
