As Engage fi’s Executive Assistant, Gaia supports our executive leadership team and HR department, plans and organizes team meetings and manages a range of administrative responsibilities.

Before joining Engage fi, Gaia worked in the insurance industry as an adjuster where some of her duties included evaluating and analyzing complex claims, training adjusters and corporate staff and negotiating with insured, contractors, vendors and attorneys.

Gaia graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Management Information Systems and Real Estate.
