Damon’s Bio

As Chief Technology Officer, Damon is responsible for driving the strategic vision, innovation, and operational excellence within the organization’s technology and product management teams. Damon has over 20 years of experience in technology within the financial, insurance, medical, and managed services fields. Prior to joining Engage fi, Damon managed the technology needs for a credit union and medical center. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, exercising (the gym, rucking, and walking), and cooking. He resides in South Carolina with his wife, son, and two daughters.
