Deana’s Bio

As Strategic Consultant, Deana guides bank and credit unions on their transformation journey. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial services and technology industries.  Prior to joining Engage fi, she worked for Fiserv leading the Implementation Operations team and supporting over 20 core conversions. She also served as Vice President of Operations at AFCU where she led multiple departments and managed many projects and technical conversions. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with family, singing, dancing, live music, reading, and hiking with her dog. She resides in South Carolina.
