Jeff’s Bio

Jeff brings over 12 years of digital banking experience to his role at Engage fi as a Strategic Consultant. Jeff started his career in Digital Insight's Customer Care department. From that position and on, he has always been very focused on helping financial institutions solve their problems while ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service in the process.

As Jeff’s career expanded, he managed complicated relationships at financial institutions of all sizes across the country. Here at Engage fi, Jeff leverages his expertise to guide financial institutions in navigating all aspects of digital transformation.

Jeff is an avid music fan and loves going to concerts and writing his own music.
