Employee Spotlight – Lisa St. Germain
The Employee Spotlight this month is on Lisa St. Germain. Lisa is a newer member of the Engage fi family. She joined the team in January as Vice...
Our First Employee Spotlight of the year is Ana Stock! Ana is a Strategic Consultant and payments expert at Engage fi. She came to work for Engage fi after she congratulated an old former colleague, James Guild, on hitting his 1-year anniversary in a company he built from the ground up. Since then, and for nearly four years now, she has enjoyed working with credit unions and helping them find the best match for the business partners they need to provide the services they give their members.
Ana’s background includes project management at PSCU and Grow Financial Credit Union. She is a firm believer in doing the right thing and loves the feeling that comes from knowing she made a difference. Ana is excellent at what she does; partly because she is great at building relationships and she gets energized by people that are positive and happy like she is.
A self-proclaimed Girl Scout Cookie Slinger, Ana is inspired by her daughter. She strives to be the best at everything she does so she can show her daughter that the sky is the limit and she can be whatever she wants to be, as long as it makes her happy.
Ana is happiest when she is with her family and has a full cup of coffee. This lady loves a good cup of coffee! She will always tell you her cup is half-full, unless it’s coffee, then she’ll say it’s half empty and we need to get another cup brewing!
Originally from New York, Ana has lived in the Tampa area since her parents decided to “retire” here during her senior year of high school. When not working with credit unions, Ana enjoys being outdoors, bike riding, and going to local theme parks like Disney World and Universal Studios. She loves where she and her family live now so much that they are in their third home in their neighborhood. They especially enjoy the over 20 miles of outdoor trails within the mass planned community.

Q: What is one thing about you few people know? A: That I have met our president. When I was about 10, we went on a field trip to the Museum of Natural History in the city and we walked through one of the Trump Towers. A man walking in front of me in a suit dropped his wallet and I ran, picked it up and stopped the man to hand it back to him. That man was Donald Trump! Because we were in NY I knew he was a real estate mogul who had a tower with his name on it.
Q: What makes you laugh? A: People that are super serious, children, my cats, and irony.
